This adventure is designed for different tiers of play:

• AL 12 for character levels 11–13
• AL 15 for character levels 14–16

Leave a comment when signing up if you are also available for other ALs with your other characters. The final AL level run for the adventure will be decided by the amount of signed-up character tiers.

A. Character Preparation

Please provide your character no later than 24 hours before the session in one of the following forms:

• a D&D Beyond sheet;
• a filled-out PDF or plain-text character sheet;
• a fully completed character sheet on the website.

If you are using content from Esper’s books or other approved third-party material, provide it beforehand so it can be reviewed and, where practical, prepared in Foundry.

C. Expedition Terms

The adventure includes exploration, negotiation, environmental hazards, difficult combat encounters, and an extensive dungeon. Completing every optional area may require more than one session.

Description

An old Bazagonian counting house has preserved the same unsettled entry for generations:

Received from Cozmioko: water, shelter, protection, and remission of tribute.
Returned to Cozmioko: nothing.
Balance: outstanding.

The scholar named Eldemere has now arrived to collect that debt. Cozmioko, the brass dragon who once protected the buried city of Haskasori, on the outskirts of the archipelago, is dead. Her remains lie desecrated beneath the city, while the ancient blue dragon Anthradusk gathers the bones of his ancestors for an unknown ritual.

Eldemere possesses Cozmioko’s last legacy—the Brazen Egg—but cannot safely return to Haskasori herself. You are contracted to carry it into the ruins, seek the knowledge of the sphinx Oliekintara, determine what Anthradusk is preparing, and settle an obligation that Bazagon has left unpaid for far too long. Beware that time is of the essence.
