She refuses to move.
A crowd has gathered at the shore, shouting over the weather, but no one dares go out after her. Some say she is grieving. Some say she is waiting. Some say something beneath the water has ensorcelled her.
Maas, your VeMico handler, has asked you to intervene before the tide takes her, the crowd panics, or the causeway disappears beneath the waves.
