After many days of harsh terrain a group of travelers find themselves in need of rest. On the borders of a dark pine barren known as the Needlewood sits a remote hamlet. Seeking shelter from the incoming storm the travelers see no better course of action than to hunker down here for the night. Unfortunately, there is more to fear than inclement weather this night as something stirs in the Needlewood and sets its gaze upon this lonely hamlet.
