On the Horizon a strange hovering set of armor is spotted. Grey in color, bound in chains, holding small platinum cages. Guards were unable to put a dent into this construct. Those who survived in its presence report being weakened, unable to do what was needed. Even those protected against flames and other energies felt their powers nullified while near the construct.
It seems to be searching and seeking specific people. Pray you are not one on its list.
