• make a fresh new character who is part of the colony of Port Anji
• you may contact the GM to move a character who is currently in Bazagon to The Belt of Tirva and retroactively declare they signed up to be part of the colony and will be region locked until ships are allowed to leave the region
• monstrous classes are limited to those who can be disguised as normal humanoids, ogres, minotaur, and viviliths
