House Greenhand was not an envious house, nor was it an envied one either. A house of landowners, Greenhand’s land proved fertile and reliable. A blessing for any kingdom, and when the first king came looking for vassals, Greenhand submitted without issue.

Jumping forward to more recent times, Greenhand continued to be the steady and reliable house it started as. Yet Thaos birth caused issues for his father, with his father being a proud and boisterous man. Yet Thaos proved to be opposite, a shy quiet boy, who struggled to connect and socialize with the other high-born children. Shying away from attention. Such flaws could not be ignored, not with one who would serve as head of the house. With Thaos’ younger brother was born, in a rare and embarrassing act, Thaos was passed over for his younger brother.

Truthfully the act did sting Thaos much, rather it was the feeling of inadequacy and disappointing his family that weighed on him. But with his responsibilities lightened, he found time to truly shine in the one field he didn’t seem to lack confidence in. Fighting.

He was positioning himself well to be the family‘s Man-at-Arms, at least until the cataclysm happened. With Thaos being gone from his family lands, the event left him stranded and worried for his family. With him now trying to discover and find out the fate of his family.
