A serene, deliberate mystic who sees herself as a steward of the First Seed. Lethra’s authority comes from her deep connection to forest spirits and her ability to calm or awaken groves. She moves slowly, speaks softly, and considers violence a last resort—but will unleash the forest itself if provoked. Lethra views the Tidebound as rot out of season and the Redmark as reckless children.
She has been missing for some time, and her Prefects are ruling in her stead.

Leader of the Caeluthar Communion
Lethra is tall and willow-thin, wrapped in layered bark-dyed robes that shift color slightly with the light. Her skin carries faint green undertones, as if touched by moss, and thin lines of dried sap trace patterns along her forearms like living tattoos. Her hair hangs in long, dark braids threaded with leaves that never seem to wilt. When she moves, the forest reacts—branches dip, underbrush parts, and small motes of drifting green light follow at a respectful distance. Her voice is calm and low, carrying the steady patience of something that has watched centuries pass and expects to watch centuries more.
