Prefect of the Eastern Communion
She has a gaunt, lined face with sunken eyes, tight lips, and a permanently tired, judgmental expression, the look of someone who has spent years deciding other people’s fates and sleeping just fine afterward.
She is a calm, devout authoritarian who sincerely believes that enforcing order is a moral act and takes quiet satisfaction in doing harm correctly, by the book, and without hesitation.
