If theres one thing to know: no, he does not have a plan. Benny grew up as a good kid in a tough spot. The emergence of sorcerous aptitude made young Benny a valuable asset to the local gangs and toughs, landing him in moderate trouble and shaping a general distrust for authority.

Benny schemed and schemed to pay out his debts but every job seemed to sink him farther and farther in the criminal underworld. It was as if the universe was laughing at Benny. Eventually Benny gave up trying to exert control over his life and something strange happened: things started going his way.

Benny suspects that his sorcerous powers seemed link to this invisible divine streak of bad luck, but he has found refusing to look at the cards he's been dealt is the only way to have a fighting chance.
