Turd Furgelton is an anxious wizard who tries hard to sound confident, but his jokes always land a little wrong. When he gets nervous, he forces out quips that were heroic in his head and come out strange or awkward instead. He startles easily, talks too much when scared, and treats danger like something he can bargain with using humor.

He is kind, skittish, and eager for approval. He apologizes to enemies, comforts his own illusions, and reassures others mostly to reassure himself. His odd comments are not planned. They just slip out when his nerves get the better of him. Turd is fragile and frightened, but he is trying his best to look brave, and the result is a jittery, endearing charm.
