The tide is low in Northlight Upon the Sea, and the entrance to seaside caverns has been revealed. Whatever the Tidebound have been doing in the Grassy Peninsula, it seems to all be based from here. The citizens of Northlight have been able to hear sounds echoing from the cavern's mouth. Terrible sounds.

Completion of this quest will grant a large amount of negative Tidebound favor to all participants.
