Located in the municipal complex in Dasmach Depths, the modest and unassuming LUMMA office is a totally normal government office with nothing special or remarkable about it. LUMMA holds the keys to Luma's vast underground sewers and water network. Thus, they are very careful about who they provide those keys to.
Membership is open to all adventurers of Luma who are willing to pay the entrance fee. Maintaining membership requires paying a quarterly fee. Remember, the best things in life aren't free!
