The caverns, alcoves, and halls carved from the rock and crystal beneath the Luma Mesa are innumerable. Each is unique and beautiful in its own way, however, the Echo Chamber, situated in the center of the mesa, carries a special distinction.
Against the drip, drip, drip of water from Luma's artesian aquifer, the crystals in this cave seem to hum and crackle with electricity. Arms and armor line the walls, spell components are neatly organized, ammunition, bolts and arrows aplenty are held in quivers—all of it freely available to adventurers.
For, if one peers into the crystals here and speaks the name of a monster, enemy or combatant, so long as the crystal has captured an echo of that creature, a Vision of one will appear.
Visions can hurt but cannot kill. They are very realistic holograms and stand as a useful training tool. Though you may be bruised, battered, or knocked unconscious in combat with them, no permanent harm will come to you sparring here. Test your skills and hone your strategies, for the world outside the mesa is far less forgiving!
