Appearance: Gnome-sized, grey skin, pink hair, perpetual dark circles under the eyes, doesn't seem all that muscular.

Backstory: Tiffany worked previously at a bureaucratic office in a big city... until she had enough. There was just that one too many visitor who broke the camel's back, didn't read any of the [fudge-making] instruction, wasted everyone's time, yet was idiotic enough to complain their taxes paying for nothing. She flipped the desk at that visitor, got promptly fired, and is now on the road dealing with new revelation that her anger towards pettiest thing is bringing her immense power in the form of rage.

If you show an effort of being a decent person, you'll have a good time with her. That is all she asks of you.
