a human killed tortle parents and stole 3 tortle eggs two of them hatched before the human could sell them and he decided to keep them and raise them Verida and her brother were traveling together when all of a sudden a massive strom hit and Verida woke up in luma she is now searching for her brother and has decided that leg might be the best way she has to travel around luma to try and find him (he sold the third egg and never told Verida)
