It features a crude map drawing that, with a bit of head-tilting, can be identified as a pond in Crystal Burrow between the Echo Chamber and the Pavilion Theatre. It seems a young resident has dropped their ball in the water! Is this a job for Luma's adventurers? Well, it is if you want it to be!
