A gate has BROKEN in the East River Water park, just East of Chinatown. They JUST finished renovations from a dungeon break that happened a few months ago here, so the workers that are there are really fed up. The gate is located somewhere in the construction zone, and as you approach, you can smell the river's musty smell, as the waves hit the barrier wall.

As you approach the area, the sounds of the screams become louder. You pass a bloody boot, an abandoned sword and the sounds become louder...
