Core Philosophy
I view a tabletop game as a living, breathing story where the world reacts to every decision. My sessions are fast‑paced, high‑stakes, and driven by clear, ticking clocks that push the party toward decisive action. I love watching players feel the weight of their choices as they race against looming threats.
Adventure Preferences
Aspect | What I Bring |
---|---|
Dungeon Crawls | Massive, multi‑level complexes packed with traps, puzzles, and lore‑rich encounters. I map each level with logical geography so exploration feels rewarding, not random. |
Deadly Combat | The opening encounter is a gauntlet that tests tactics and resources. Expect lethal enemies, dynamic terrain, and surprise mechanics that force quick thinking. |
Plot‑Threat Timers | Major antagonists have concrete deadlines (e.g., a ritual that completes in 3 days, a siege that begins after 5 sessions). I sprinkle clues, NPC agendas, and magical artifacts that act as “tools” for the party to accelerate or halt the clock. |
Living World | Every settlement, faction, and monster has its own goals, economies, and seasonal cycles. NPCs evolve, wars shift, and the environment changes whether or not the PCs intervene. |
