A finely dressed and richly proficient speaker, Kraestral is a known convicted felon who was imprisoned for stealing the Phoenix Amulet. The Amulet was never recovered, and some law enforcement agents are still tracking him in hopes of recovering the Amulet and arresting this "threat to the civilised people across the lands" as quickly as possible.

He is known to be polite, courteous, well-mannered, and a man of honour who always keeps his word.
