Fang is a Katari who grew up in the wilds. He was always alone but learned to survive, especially against canine packs. He preferred hunting other small felines and occasionally indulged upon nimble grazers. He believes that's what drove him out of the Witherwilds; Rohkin, the Wandering Horn, and his unrecognizable, dangerous beasts.

He's a Katari with mostly black fur, the occasional sunset stripe of burnt orange and crimson red appearing here and there. His eyes are much like any other feline, but ignited by fire. Perhaps it's passion, perhaps it's something more. They almost always retain a very primal gaze, as if he is hunting. He has a strong, muscular body. Like a jungle cat, his strength is only surpassed by his superior senses and instincts. He wears rugged armor, mostly comprised of animal fur and leather. On his left shoulder is a makeshift pauldron made of two ram horns.

Most of the time, he has the attitude of an apex predator. However, he knows when to run from a fight. He wears a pendant around his neck of a phoenix. He hides retractable claws in his left palm, as that's his more delicate hand. His right paw has molten claws, obsidian black with bright red tips that can't retract. He has burned scar tissue from his right palm up to his elbow, where he also keeps his fur closely shaved so it doesn't stand out too much.
